FINIKAS is an apartment hotel consisting of 3 buildings with a total of 9 two-room apartments and 5 one-room studios. The small complex is located directly on the beach, and thanks to its hillside position, almost all apartments and studios have a beautiful sea view. House I and House III stand next to each other directly on the beach. House II is set higher up behind House I.
