Because the complex is situated on a hillside, the units in the rear FINIKAS House II also have a sea view. The two one-room studios in FINIKAS II are equipped with the same care as all apartments and studios in FINIKAS I. The rooms are bright and friendly, and it is lovely to sit on the balcony, where an awning protects you from too much sun. In the small kitchen there is a wooden table with 3 chairs, so if it is too warm on the balcony you can also sit comfortably inside. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing you to cook simple dishes and prepare meals. The beach is directly in front of the main FINIKAS I building, where you can always find a shady spot on the large veranda. Service includes daily cleaning and fresh bed linen and towels every 3 – 5 days (including tea towels, kitchen sponges, and cleaning cloths). Personal laundry can be washed for a small contribution to costs. The studios cost between 68 euros and 90 euros per night, depending on the season and length of stay.
