If the arrival and departure dates change slightly after booking the accommodation, we can usually adjust this or find a solution together.
With us, you will find holiday accommodation for every budget. The differences between the studios and apartments lie in the location, the size of the rooms, and the basic equipment (kitchen equipment, garden, balcony facing the sea).
From a studio to a holiday home with swimming pool, prices vary depending on the season between 55 euros and 350 euros per accommodation (from 1 up to 11 people) per night, in each case without breakfast.
As a guide:
VILLAS with private swimming pool cost, depending on size, from 1,100 euros to 2,630 euros per week plus the environmental tax which is not included in the above mentioned price.
FINIKAS studios & apartments cost 380 euros to 650 euros per week

In the winter half-year, from December to March, there are of course special offers.
Important: the overnight tax is not included in the room price and is settled separately in cash on site.
Our apartments and studios are cleaned daily, and towels, tea towels, and bed linen are changed once or twice a week. Of course, final cleaning is always included for the studios & apartments.
We can provide a baby cot, high chair, or pushchair free of charge on request.
For the duration of your stay, the FINIKAS fitness area is available to you free of charge.
For massage or SPA services, which can be booked additionally under an extra cost, please contact our reception to arrange an appointment.
Your personal laundry can also be handed in for washing under an extra fee.
Our villas are all equipped with a washing machine, and final cleaning is charged between 70 and 120 euros depending on the size of the house and the number of people.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought into the accommodation.
If animals such as dogs or cats are transported in the car, the renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with a cleaned cabin. If this is not possible, KALAMAKI HOLIDAYS is entitled to charge an appropriate fee for the cleaning service.
As soon as you have received the booking confirmation with all necessary details from us, we ask for a small deposit on one of the listed business accounts in order to confirm the reservation. You can also pay the rest in our office by credit card or cash.
As a rule, the remaining amount should be paid within the first three days after check-in, but no later than one day before check-out. You can also transfer the full amount in advance on our bank account.
When renting a Villa, the payment terms are somewhat different. The contract stipulates that 50% of the total amount is due upon binding booking and the remaining amount should be transferred up to 1 month before arrival.
We will be happy to organize the transfer for you. Or you can book one of our rental cars for the duration of your stay at the same time. Ask us about the cost-effective accommodation & car combination offer.
The studio has a small kitchen in the same room as the bed.
The apartment is like a studio, but larger and has a separate bedroom.
Are there specific check-in and check-out times?
Check-out for the apartments is usually around 11:00, so that the next guest can check in around 14:00.
Check-out for the Villas is usually around 10:00, so that the next guest can move in around 16:00.
If it can be accommodated in our plan, we are happy to make an exception. Answers can only be given shortly beforehand.
If you arrive on the island late, we will of course also organize a late-night check-in for you.
Although our office in Kalamaki and the FINIKAS reception usually close at 16:00, you will be personally taken to your accommodation. We will discuss the details with you shortly before your arrival.
If you have to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. The cancellation conditions apply according to the date on which the cancellation is announced, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Any amount transferred in excess will of course be refunded.

Cancellation Due to Coronavirus Measures
As long as there is no travel warning for Greece and entry into Greece is possible, the usual cancellation rules apply. Personal unease is not a reason for free cancellation.
Cancellation is free of charge in connection with COVID-19 regulations if, during the travel period:
-arrival is not possible either by flight or ferry connection
-accommodation from Kalamaki Holidays may not be provided.
