Villa REA - Kamilari
Villa REA has about 55 m² of living space and a large garden around the house. There is an outdoor BBQ area (usable only in the low season due to fire risk!) and, directly below the veranda, a 40 m² swimming pool with Jacuzzi (hydromassage) and a children's swimming pool. The kitchen and living room flow into each other. In addition to central heating, the cozy room also has an open fireplace, which you can see from the dining area. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and one bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses, 2 m long, with no wooden footboard). For long term rentals during winter (November to April, and only for non-smokers and without pets), special conditions are of course available. WiFi and the safebox are free of charge. We take care of pool and garden maintenance. Bed linen, tea towels, towels, and pool towels are provided. The climate resilience levy is not included in the rental price and is settled separately on site. The final cleaning is charged at 70 euros. Depending on the season, the rental price ranges from 1,155 euros to 1,380 euros per week. The house has EOT license no. 1039K10000041700.
